Randy has experience in education, communications, and community outreach. They received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Colorado State University. During this time, they piloted the ACT Human Rights Film Festival's "Call to ACT" program to provide audiences with a way to take action after viewing films. They have previously worked in the natural resources field for the City of Fort Collins and Colorado Parks & Wildlife. They are excited to support Colorado's communities and workforce but still enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors.
