Prior to this role, she served in multiple capacities within Employment Services of Weld County, where she specialized in numerous employment and training programs, case management, and strategic planning.
Throughout her career, Tracey has been recognized for her ability to develop and implement innovative solutions that improve program efficiency, enhance client outcomes, and streamline operational processes. She has led strategic planning initiatives, facilitated workforce development programs, and provided strength-based coaching to individuals seeking employment and career growth.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Public and Non-Profit Management from Colorado State University. As a Colorado native, Tracey's passion for workforce development and community engagement drives her commitment to fostering accessible opportunities for individuals across Colorado.
